It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. It was my time.
I suspect that’s how much of this blogging experience will evolve, including the good, the bad and well, the others. I anticipate documenting moments of growth and opportunity, times of disappointment and dismay. We’ll see. Only time will tell for I can only write in this moment – at this time, and what is to come is yet unknown.
There was a time when, then, investment banker, now, pop-artist Peter Tunney opened an art gallery in New York City called The Time Is Always Now. I’ve always liked that little reality check of a title. It’s a helpful perspective reeling things back to here and NOW. He didn’t stick to the mold of *banker* but lived every moment as lover, collector and creator of art.
So today, I begin, a Blogger but about what? Whatever happens to be NOW. I know, I know – don’t say it! I’m suppose to have this elaborate plan to brand myself. To write on topics X, Y & Z, inserting reoccurring themes of A, with recognizable styles B & C and the occasional departure to something we’ll call M. The truth is I don’t have it all worked out but I know the time to begin is NOW.
